- How do I use the app?
- The app has 3 possible modes: Count – a visitor counting and management system, Queue – a virtual queue management system, Appointment – an appointment management tool which integrates with queue and visitor management
- Can I use only 1 mode?
- Yes! Kiminoban offers you the flexibility to use only the feature you need. Analytics is the core of Kiminoban that Count, Queue and Appointment link with. If your business only wants to use Count, or Queue or Appointment, those 3 are available as standalone.
- Which hardware do I need to run Kiminoban?
- Kiminoban works natively with iOS or Android and can be used on any machine that has access to a web browser.
- Do the visitors need to download an app?
- No.
